7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, and organic food items, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
